It seems to me that I'm not the only one to be confused about our opening times!
Please please can I ask that flippancy be de rigueur in all matters EXCEPT THOSE MATTERS THAT MATTER!
The start time is 20:30 hrs {that is 8:30pm to most of we English speaking people).
The "normal" finish time is 23:00 hrs (or 11pm to most of us).
That is all that needs to be said
